Terms & Conditions
Net 30 days for approved accounts. All past due accounts subject to 1½% per month service charge.
Warranty for Battery & Charger
All chemistries (Ni-CD, NI-MH, Li-ION) shall maintain a minimum of 80% capacity (rated) for 12 months after date of shipping from ADE. Abuse or damage is not covered by defects in workmanship. Replacement batteries will be given the same warranty date codes as the original battery plus 90 days. Replacement battery warranty not to exceed 12 months. Charger warranty is 12 months.
Condition of Sales
No returns without prior authorization. Notification of shipping errors, shortages, freight damage etc., must be sent to All Day Electronics within 14 days. Returns for replacement or credit only.
